The confirmation e-mail sent on acceptance of an on-line 50% deposit order is acknowledgement of receipt of the deposit to secure the order only, and is not necessarily a confirmation of availability of the product.
The final 50% payment is due 7 days before the appearance date of the promotional staff. However if the date of the appearance is less than 20 days from the booking date the full 100% fee is due.
As orders are requested for certain times of the year the models will be dispatched on the requested day of their appearance.
If for some reason the model is unable to make the requested date due to illness or any other unforeseeable circumstances close to the appearance date. UK Promotional Staff will replace the model(s) and inform the 'client' but if the 'client' is not happy to accept the replacement model(s), they must not allow the replacement model to work. If the replacement model is allowed to work then the full remaining balance will be due.

Please ensure you enter a complete venue address, i.e. the address must include the street name & house number or unit number, town and / or city and FULL postcode - Any appearances from model that have not gone ahead because we do not have a complete address will not be subject to refund.
UK Promotional Staff reserves the right to cancel orders if we have insufficient information to deliver the service you have ordered; or we do not deliver to your area or country; or if one or more of the promotional staff you ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price, and/or description for whatever reason; or if we have reason to believe that you will not comply with these conditions of use.
The Client may cancel the Service by giving the Company a minimum of 20 working days notice if it wishes to cancel the Service. If the Client does not give the minimum notice required unless agreed otherwise with the Company, the full fee shall be payable by the Client within 30 days of receipt of the company's invoice (including date changes).
The Client shall give the Company at least 20 working days notice if it wishes to change or modify the Service. The Company agrees to use its reasonable endeavors to change or modify the Service, as the Client requires. If it cannot do so, the Company will inform the Client within 10 working days of this decision and the Service shall remain the same. The Client shall stand additional costs.
The Client shall at its own expense obtain all consents, licences and similar permissions to enable the Artist to carry out the Service.
The Client warrants that the Venue in the Schedule will be safe and free from hazards for the Artist to perform the Service.
If you choose to pay via Credit / Debit Card, your payment card will be debited as soon as you press the "Authorise" button on the secure Credit Card payment window.
You can pay by MasterCard, Visa credit cards, American Express, as well as Switch / Maestro, Solo and Delta debit cards.
Order and credit card details are protected by SSL version 3, 128bit encryption.
UK Promotional Staff makes every effort to deliver all items within the stated time. In the case of late delivery please contact us in writing by post, e-mail or fax.
Data Protection: We will use your details for fraud prevention purposes. We will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.

COMPLAINTS: - To register a complaint, please contact UK Promotional Staff using any of the methods listed on the 'Contact Us' page. Give details of your complaint including any relevant information such as dates, times etc.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within seven working days.
Every effort will be made to resolve complaints within as short a time as possible. Actual time will depend on nature of complaint and co-operation of third party, if applicable.
You will be kept informed of progress throughout the process.
Most complaints are resolved within 14 days.
